I encourage you to write out a list like this for yourself. Put it on your mirror, your door, your fridge as a reminder that you are who you are.
Maybe even turn the list into a mission statement of sorts! Remind yourself of who you are. Remind yourself of who you have been. Remind yourself of who you want to be. Remind yourself where you are going.
You are who god made you. You are who you decide to be when you wake up every morning. You are not who the pessimists/haters say you are. You are not the judgements that your peers make. You are not who that bully says you are, whether that bully is somebody or your inner demons, you are not that. You are YOU!
